Being an atheist in today's world can be very challenging.  Atheists are viewed as the least trusted group around.  We're considered worse than common criminals.  And what is our crime?  Our lack of belief.

Since "coming out" in my early 20s, I have learned a lot about interacting with believers.  Some of it has been very good, and some has been heartbreaking.  I have taken what I've learned and put it to good use helping other atheists like you communicate more effectively by raising their social intelligence. 

Social Intelligence effects every one of our relationships.  When we realize how much we're all connected to each other and how those relationships affect us, we stop thinking about ourselves as autonomous beings.  Instead we start focusing on the feelings and connections we have with each other.  We not only have to understand ourselves and how we come across to others but we also have to be able to quickly grasp body language, intonation, and subtleties of speech in order to deal most effectively with people.
